El-Sayed outperformed expectations in rural areas. Along with his winning margins in small cities, that may have been decisive.

Center-Left Democrats?!? Corporate, mainstream Democrats are RIGHT of CENTER. They are Republicans Lite.

Democrats need to quit trying to be Republican adjacent hoping to win a few Republican votes. 35 to 40 percent of eligible voters don’t vote at all. There’s a fairly good chance if they tacked left, Dems might excite non-voters to cast a ballot for someone with a D next to their name.

People don’t bother to vote because they see little difference between the parties and think it doesn’t matter who holds power. Be different, be exciting! Have a bold vision for our future! And dump Chuck Schumer!
